General Provisions

These Rules define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Parties when the Buyer purchases Products in the Online store;

The Online store operates within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Products are delivered to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Upon separate agreement, delivery to other countries may be arranged;

The following persons have the right to purchase in the Online store:

Legally capable natural persons (adults with full legal capacity);
Minors aged 14 to 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they independently dispose of their income;
Legal entities;
Authorized representatives of the above persons.

The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules at any time. The new Rules come into force upon their publication in the Online store;

The Rules applicable to the relationship between the Parties are those valid at the time of placing the Order;

By registering or placing an Order before or after changes to the Rules, the Buyer confirms that they agree with the Rules, understand them, and undertake to comply with them.

Ordering Products

Once the Buyer forms a shopping cart and completes all Order steps (the last being payment), the Order is considered submitted;

The Order is processed only after payment is received in the Seller’s bank account;

The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded when the Seller sends confirmation of Order acceptance to the Buyer via the email specified in their Account;

All Orders are stored in the Online store database;

The Seller reserves the right to confirm and execute only those Orders where all required data (delivery address, phone number, email, etc.) is provided accurately.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

Buyer’s Rights

To purchase Products in accordance with these Rules and Lithuanian law;
To access and correct their personal data;
To withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code;
This right applies only if the Product has not been used, damaged, altered in appearance, and remains in original packaging;
Other rights provided by the Rules, Privacy Policy, and law.

Buyer’s Obligations

To provide accurate personal data required to fulfill the Order;
To notify the Seller immediately of any changes to their data;
To accept and pay for the Products;
To keep login details secure and inform the Seller if lost;
To comply with these Rules and applicable laws.

Seller’s Rights and Obligations

Seller’s Rights

To restrict or terminate access if the Buyer harms the store or violates obligations;
To modify or discontinue store functions without notice;
To suspend or terminate the store entirely (existing Orders will still be fulfilled);
To cancel unpaid Orders after 3 days;
To change delivery conditions or cancel Orders if necessary (with refund);
To transfer necessary Buyer data to delivery services.

Seller’s Obligations

To protect Buyer privacy and process personal data lawfully;
Not to disclose Buyer data except as required by law;
To organize delivery according to Order terms;
If unable to deliver, to offer an alternative or refund within 5 business days;
To refund returned Products within 14 days;
To respond to disputes within 14 days;
To comply with all legal requirements.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery is carried out based on the Buyer’s selection;

Incorrect address = Buyer covers additional costs;

If the Buyer fails to collect the Order:

Seller contacts Buyer for redelivery;
Buyer covers redelivery costs;
If unreachable → Order canceled, payment not refunded;
Same applies after second failed delivery.

Seller is not liable for delays caused by Buyer, third parties, or force majeure;

Risk transfers to Buyer upon receipt;

Buyer must report visible defects within 1 day;

This does not apply to discounted items with disclosed packaging damage.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in euros;

Seller may change prices at any time;

Order price = price at time of Order;

Changes after Order only allowed in case of technical errors;

Payments are made via Paysera.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns follow Lithuanian Civil Code;

Buyer may return unsuitable goods within 14 days by emailing info@kuroneko.eu;

Conditions:

Unused, undamaged, original packaging;
Buyer pays return shipping;
Shipping costs deducted from refund.

Defective goods:

Complaint within 2 days;
Seller responds within 14 days;
Replacement, price reduction, or refund within 7 days.

Disputes:

Resolved by agreement;
If unresolved → State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or EU ODR platform.

Liability

Buyer is responsible for accuracy of provided data;

Buyer responsible for account security;

Seller not liable if Buyer ignored Rules or information;

Buyer consents to data processing for Order fulfillment;

Liability governed by Lithuanian law;

Seller’s liability limited to the price of purchased goods.

Final Provisions

All disputes are resolved through negotiation;

If unresolved, disputes are settled in Lithuanian courts (based on Seller’s registered address) under Lithuanian law.
